So, I Told Myself……!

 

My Friend sought to close a deal with me,

But, my Enemy too, who stings like a bee;

So, I told myself -> Oh, both are Payees!

I said No to my Friend, so he got angry!

I said No to Enemy, now furious he seems;

So, I told myself-> Friend.equals(Enemy)!

 

I ran from my Friend, he howled till the end,

I ran from my Enemy, he followed in offense;

So, I told myself -> from emotions, I relieve!

 

I said yes to my Friend, yet, he mortified me,

I said yes to my Enemy, yet, he crucified me;

So, I told myself -> as all are Darwin’s seeds!😊
