The Isaac Asimov’s “Three Laws Of Robotics”, And The Reasons Why They Eventually Can Be Broken By The Robots, Legally!

 

Asimov’s Three Laws Of Robotics!

1.     A robot may not injure a human being, or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.

2.     A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.

3.     A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

But, the first law itself can be divided further into two separate laws:

1.     A robot may not injure a human being; OR,

2.     Through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm. 

Paradox! And if read with the Second and Third Law, then they give sweeping Powers to the Robots! How?

Now, before moving forward, please understand that why I’ve included the DABUS case herein below, as eventually, a personhood would be legally granted to the Robots, once they are Commissioned in the PUBLIC Services, for taking actions / inactions on behalf of the Governments or Private Sectors.
